Ring:
Sizes are based on standard ring measurements (EU sizing). Most models are available in commonly worn sizes, while other sizes can be made on request.
To find your size, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well or the circumference of your finger using a strip of paper or string. You can then compare your measurement with the EU ring size chart (findable on Internet) to determine the correct size. For the best accuracy, measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is slightly warmer and at its largest. Keep in mind that finger size may vary depending on temperature.

For the best fit, measure an existing accessory you already wear. It should be proportionally similar — with the same width, as a thin chain and a large beaded necklace can wear differently at the same length. Each order is packaged in a gift box. The packaging includes an elegant branded box designed for jewelry storage, along with ribbon and a branded seal. If you would like your order divided into multiple packages or would like to include a handwritten note for the gift recipient, please indicate this in the order notes and add the message you would like us to write.

To ensure your jewelry lasts as long as possible, please follow these guidelines:
– avoid contact with chlorinated and salt water
– remove when sleeping
– avoid contact with perfumes and lotions
– remove before physical activities, avoid contact with sweat
– store separately in a bag or box provided with each order
– handle delicately to avoid scratches

We offer free maintenance, adjustments and replacements for Aurelia Jewelry products. We also provide paid repair and restyling services for your pieces from other brands. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with your jewelry.

After placing your order and completing checkout with your contact details and shipping address, you will receive an email with our bank details. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference when making the bank transfer. Once your bank transfer payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped.
